What is Over / Under?

Over / Under combines a higher-or-lower choice with a numerical estimate. Four questions grow harder across the daily puzzle. Move the slider to the appropriate side of the displayed line; its position is also your estimate. The result shows the actual quantity and points earned.

How to play

  1. Start today’s puzzle and read the quantity and reference line.
  2. Move the hexagonal slider handle left for under or right for over.
  3. Adjust how far you move to set your numerical estimate, then press Lock it in.
  4. Read the revealed value and score, then proceed to the next level.

What does the slider position mean?

Its side chooses under or over, and its distance from the line sets the estimate. Move away from the centered starting point before locking in the answer.

How are points awarded?

The official instructions say to pick the correct side to score; among correct-side estimates, a closer number earns more. The tested result displayed the actual quantity, chosen estimate and awarded points.

What happens after a refresh?

Both tested sessions kept the first answer’s score and opened the next level after reload. Do not assume a refresh lets you resubmit the scored question.
