Saved in your browser

We use local storage for your theme preference, favorite game identifiers and daily opened/completed marks. These personal lists are not uploaded to an Everydle server. Browser data clearing removes them, and they do not synchronize across devices. If storage is unavailable, the interface can keep temporary marks for the current page session.

You can remove individual favorites or undo completion marks using the same controls. A clear-today control removes the current day’s marks after confirmation. To erase every saved preference, clear this site’s browser data.

Basic traffic analytics

We use Plausible, served through app.pageview.app, to understand aggregate visits, pages, referring websites, campaigns, broad location and device type. The tracker does not use analytics cookies. Website addresses and referrers can be sent to the analytics service; do not put personal or sensitive information in a page URL.

We may measure actions such as opening a game, adding a favorite, manually marking completion or following a recommendation. We do not transmit your whole favorites list, answers, scores or search text. A mark is a site interaction, not proof of game completion.

Games on other websites

Embedded games are loaded from their creators’ websites. Their servers receive network information, including your IP address, and may use cookies, storage or analytics under their own policies. Opening an original-site link also visits that service. Everydle cannot read or synchronize another site’s answers, accounts or saved progress. Some browsers partition embedded storage, so a game’s embedded progress can differ from its original website.

Hosting and email

Cloudflare hosts this site and may process connection and security data to deliver it. If you email us, your message and reply address are used to handle your request. We do not send marketing emails.

Your choices

You can use browser privacy controls, block embedded resources or choose the official-site link. Contact support@everydle.net with a privacy request. This policy will be updated if the service’s data practices change.
