OFFICIAL WEBSITEThis game is played on its official website. The image below is a preview, not an embedded game.
What is Worldle?
Worldle starts with an unlabelled country or territory outline. Choose a valid place from the search suggestions and submit it. A wrong guess returns a distance, an arrow towards the target and a proximity percentage. You have six attempts to combine those clues with the shape. Unlike a route-building game, each submission names a single destination.
How to play
- Study the silhouette in the daily Country round.
- Type a country or territory, select its search suggestion and press Guess.
- Read the distance, direction arrow and proximity percentage beside your submitted place.
- Choose another place using those clues, with six guesses available in total.
Why can neighbouring countries be far apart?
Worldle measures between country centres, not the nearest points on their borders. Two countries can share a border and still show a substantial distance. Use the number as a centre-to-centre clue rather than a road distance or border gap.
What do the arrow and percentage mean?
The arrow points from your guess towards the target, choosing the closest of eight compass directions. It is an approximate bearing. The percentage expresses closeness: 100% identifies the correct place, while a low value means it is far away.
Does refreshing keep a guess?
The tested desktop and mobile browser sessions both retained an accepted guess, its distance and percentage after refresh. That verifies same-browser progress, not cross-device syncing. The official site offers account-based statistics and cross-device play with Premium Membership.
