What is SumGrids?

SumGrids is a daily arithmetic rearrangement puzzle. A colorful three-by-three board shows nine numbers and a target sum. Select one tile and then another to exchange their places, working toward rows that match the target. The daily view tracks your elapsed time and moves and shows a countdown to the next grid.

How to play

  1. Open the daily board. If the Reddit invitation appears, choose Keep playing here to stay on the website.
  2. Read the target marked Sum, then tap one numbered tile and another to swap them.
  3. Rearrange the numbers so every row matches the target, checking the available row-total feedback as you go.

How do I move a number?

Select one numbered tile, then select a second tile. The two exchange positions. Both mouse clicks and touch taps worked in the daily board, and the order remained after refreshing.

What does the Sum number mean?

It is the target for the rows, not a number to type into an answer box. The official application describes the goal as making every row sum to the target. In the tested grid the target was 54; row feedback appeared beside the numbers.

Is Daily the same as Level?

No. The home menu separates a Level option from Daily. The daily board shows a day number, a next-grid countdown, time and move counters, and a daily log. This page opens the official site’s daily experience.
